How could it come to this? Who is failing and what effective strategies can be found to prevent a new totalitarianism? The 54th Römerberg Talks will focus on the rise of right-wing extremism. Various aspects of recent developments will first be examined and possible courses of action explored. Among other things, the resilience of the constitution and lines of continuity of German right-wing nationalism will be discussed, as well as questions of attitude and how the media deals with right-wing parties.
The Römerberg Talks will take place on November 18 from 10 am. The guests for this edition include Patrick Bahners, Hanna Pfeiffer, Andreas Zick and Michel Friedman. The event will once again be hosted by Hadija Haruna-Oelker and Alf Mentzer.
