Special status of criminal law under fundamental law?
About the anthology:
As a particularly harsh system of intervention, criminal law must be both particularly justified and particularly effective in terms of constitutional law. In the jurisprudential debate, however, the relationship between substantive criminal law and constitutional law is still dealt with from the respective perspectives of the sub-disciplines involved. The power of traditional pillar thinking makes it difficult to create mutually compatible contributions. This anthology, on the other hand, takes on the jurisprudential contouring of criminal constitutional law as an intradisciplinary challenge. The contributions come from representatives of both sub-disciplines and are each supplemented by commentaries from the other sub-discipline. In terms of content, they explore the fundamentals of criminal constitutional law and delve into selected individual issues.
