Gesprächsforum mit Dr. Thorsten Thiel, Politikwissenschaftler, der sich mit Souveränität und Grenzkontrollen im Netz auskennt (Assoziiertes Mitglied des Exzellenzclusters „Die Herausbildung normativer Ordnungen“).
Das Internet und seine Rolle in normativen Ordnungen: Wo liegen die Grenzen zwischen Öffentlichkeit und Privatheit im Netz? Wie lassen sich Autonomie und Datenschutz garantieren? Wie kann Rechtsstaatlichkeit im Internet etabliert werden?
Das Motto der LICHTER AGORA lautete 2016 „Grenzen Unlimited“. Auf dem Programm des offenen Gesprächsforums standen politische Konfliktlinien und ihre Herausforderungen, der grenzenlose Raum des Internets, Fragen des Cyberrechts oder die sich abzeichnenden Grenzen des Wachstums. In der AGORA sind dem interdisziplinären Dialog von Wissenschaftlern, Praktikern und Publikum keine Grenzen gesetzt.
