L’emergere e la democratizzazione della società europea: Una nuova lettura del diritto pubblico europeo
Desidero anzitutto ringraziare tutte e tutti di essere venuti. When a student writes a book, it is said that there are those who are interested. Il mio scopo principale è che, al termine del tempo assegnatomi, voi siate convinti che ha un senso concepire, pensare una società europea di cui siete membri. Siete membri della società italiana, vivendo qua, ma siete anche – sostiene la mia tesi centrale – membri della società europea.
