Germany’s arms control policy initiatives – a success story?
From the foreword:
On behalf of Greenpeace Germany, the Leibniz Institute for Peace and
Conflict Research (PRIF, formerly the Hessian Foundation for Peace and Conflict Research, HSFK) has taken a critical look at German disarmament policy in the present and recent past. The authors examined the activities of German diplomacy in arms control, from nuclear weapons to artificial intelligence in weapons systems and space weapons. The underlying questions were whether the common image of a constructive and ambitious German arms control policy in international comparison is correct and where there may be potential for a more active policy.
