Frankfurter Stadtgespräch XVII. Die aktuellen Debatten über das Selbstverständnis Deutschlands als außenpolitischer Akteur im internationalen Staatengefüge werfen einige Fragen auf: Kann und soll Deutschland international „mehr Verantwortung“ übernehmen? Was genau bedeutet das? Und wenn ja, wie könnte bzw. sollte eine solche Verantwortung ausgestaltet werden? Gerade mit Blick auf die gegenwärtigen Krisen im Nahen und Mittleren Osten, in der Ukraine sowie in Nord- und Westafrika drängt die Frage, wie „verantwortungsvolle Außenpolitik“ praktisch und normativ auszugestalten ist, in den Mittelpunkt öffentlicher Auseinandersetzungen. Über diese Themen diskutieren im XVII.
