Transition 2.0: Re-establishing Constitutional Democracy in EU Member States
This volume shows what an EU member state wishing to re-establish the full democratic rule of law should pay attention to. Particular attention is paid to EU law, which on the one hand provides this process with rule of law requirements, but at the same time offers instruments and assistance. The contributions examine the legal, political and social framework of a “Transition 2.0”, which will probably have to follow on from the transition of the 1990s.
