Preamble TEU

About the volume

The major commentary “von der Groeben” is the leading standard work on European law. Its academic precision and high level of comprehensibility shape opinion and promote integration. Its arguments are followed by national and European courts. A great deal of space is devoted to the detailed presentation of the case law of the European courts. The commentary explains and questions the views of the European institutions in a practical manner.
