Commitment, Identifikation und Identity Leadership als Instrument zur Gestaltung

Abstract

In diesem Beitrag werden zunächst die Konstrukte des Organisationalen Commitments und der Identifikation mit Organisationen behandelt und ihre Beziehungen zu unternehmensrelevanten Variablen dargestellt. Anschließend wird das Konzept des Identity Leadership vorgestellt, das eine Möglichkeit darstellt, Commitment zu fördern und Identität in Gruppen zu gestalten. Am Schluss werden Bezüge zu Psychotherapie und Coaching hergestellt.
