Previous developments in data protection, competition law and freedom of expression suggest that cross-border requirements for a borderless Internet with a territorially limited binding nature of democratic legislation can essentially be achieved through an informalization of state power. <\/p>\n\n<p>The aim of the project is to work out these changes in conflict management and the associated legal trust. To this end, I will discuss legal lines of argumentation that continue to enable collective and individual autonomy-oriented conflict management under the changing conditions of digitalization.
